I decided to get personal training in my local area of Irvine. I decided to do this because I think it was time to start taking my weight loss seriously and I wasn’t making progress on my own. Although personal training does cost more than just a regular gym pass, I think it’s definitely worth it because it almost guarantees results. I found an excellent fitness center in Irvine called Next Level Fitness. They’ve been around for more than 10 years and they have some of the best trainers in Orange County.
My goal with my new personal trainer is to lose 20 lbs in the next two months, so 10 lbs a month. Not only will my personal trainer keep me motivated and show me the correct exercises to do, but also push me while I’m doing each exercise to make sure I do them completely. There are a lot of workout machines at the gym that I have no idea how to use and my trainer is definitely going to help me learn how to use them and which ones are the best ones to use. Of course he will also show me floor exercises and body exercises that don’t require any weights or machines. I’m really excited to learn these ones in particular because I’ll be able to do these at home also.
Additionally, he’s going to give me a meal plan so that I can make sure I eat healthy when I’m at home and when I’m at work. According to many resources on health and fitness, nutrition and diet is the most important factor to lose weight.
So why did I pick Next Level Fitness? I chose them, because they offered top of the line personal training in Irvine according to a recommendation from a really close friend who has been training there for six months. She said she really liked the facility and her trainer. She said she would definitely recommend that I go there, too. My friend is really into fitness and working out and she said that her trainer is the best trainer that she has ever had and went on and on about this place. How could I say no?
I am really excited to get started working out and beginning a new lifestyle. Being fit and healthy has a really big impact on your life more than just the way you look, but also the way you feel. When you work out a lot and exercise a lot you really feel great on the inside and have more energy levels throughout the day. I can’t wait to see the effect it has on me throughout my full working day and my energy level at night so that I can go out more. Not only that but I think it’s going to be really great for my health, too. Getting exercise, and especially with a personal trainer, will really make a difference in the long run for my health. Continuous exercise has proven to show a decrease in cholesterol levels, chance of getting diabetes, improved cardiovascular health, and obviously decrease risk of obesity (which I’m definitely trying to move awake from!). I can’t wait to get started and share my results with all of you.
